Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Strong network with global innovation hubs (Singularity University, World Economic Forum)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Presentation skills compelling C-suite audiences and government entities
- Portfolio of published future-vision documents or patents
