Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech trends
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants for experimental projects
