Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional task forces of 15+ engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation challenges and hackathons
- Mentor junior strategists through structured leadership development programs
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry-leading journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or carbon-neutral tech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Prior experience managing distributed global innovation teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
