Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen innovations
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive disruption opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property monetization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record launching products with 3-year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in venture capital and academic research communities
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
