Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026-era technology adoption across vertical markets
- Develop roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) into enterprise ecosystems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D with long-term business objectives
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists in agile innovation methodologies
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
- Proficient in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
