- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and Board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) across business units
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong presentation skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications preferred
