Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with scenario planning for exponential change environments
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Computational Physics, or Systems Engineering
