Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an ecosystem of tech partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership within high-growth environments
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
