Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive pilot programs for emerging technologies with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against strategic goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record leading high-impact technology initiatives ($1M+ budgets)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing stakeholder buy-in
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
