Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities aligned with our 5-year vision
- Produce scenario analyses for technological disruption and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate innovation or tech strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
