- Lead end-to-end project execution for the 2026 initiative, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to integrate emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs
- Stakeholder management across executive leadership and external partners
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ leading complex tech initiatives
- Proven experience with AI/ML implementation and emerging tech integration
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Expertise in agile methodologies and JIRA/Asana platforms
- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects on time and budget
- Strong leadership with cross-functional team management experience
