- Lead agile development teams across 3+ continents through remote collaboration frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Integrate quantum computing principles into next-gen SaaS platforms
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI-human interaction systems
- Mentor junior engineers through our Future Leaders program
- Report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer on quarterly breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record delivering $10M+ projects ahead of schedule
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies with PMP or CSM certification
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2000+ citations preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or similar institutions
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted innovations
