Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for 2026-scale applications
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks with 100+ qubit stability
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Secure multi-million dollar federal and private research grants
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Advise C-suite on quantum AI adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with 50+ qubit systems
- Proven track record of publishing top-tier quantum-AI research
- Expertise in error correction for quantum neural networks
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in Python/C++ and quantum simulation frameworks
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive stakeholders
