Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Develop error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Drive quantum algorithm development for cryptography and simulation applications
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems or complex classical architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IBM, IonQ)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Track record of delivering production quantum solutions
