Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic systems compliant with NIST 2026 standards
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Develop error mitigation protocols for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford researchers on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Present quantum security architectures to DoD and federal agencies
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in Austin and Berlin facilities
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years architecting quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD/NIST certified preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions at scale
