Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing high-performance computing clusters.
- Define technical roadmaps for 2026, ensuring our stack is future-proof against emerging AI paradigms.
- Oversee the ethical deployment of autonomous systems and ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for next-generation neural network models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale system architecture and software engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and high-performance computing frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical algorithms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
