In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between today’s operational needs and the radical advancements predicted for 2026. You will work closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to identify emerging technologies—such as advanced AI, quantum-ready architectures, and hyper-personalized data ecosystems—and integrate them into our core platforms.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Technology Assessment: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, edge AI, spatial computing) to determine their viability for integration.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the infrastructure requirements necessary to support scalable growth and innovation.
- Vendor Management: Partner with key technology partners to pilot and deploy future-ready solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor engineering teams on modern architectural patterns and the importance of long-term scalability.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technological bottlenecks or obsolescence risks well in advance of the 2026 target date.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
