Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact scenario analysis reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
