Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect and deploy scalable microservices and serverless functions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Integrate advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core enterprise workflows to drive automation.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits to ensure system integrity and reliability.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and proficiency with modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong command of Cloud infrastructure (AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred).
- Proven experience in designing resilient systems capable of handling high-concurrency loads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
