Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 AI product vision and strategic roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the discovery and evaluation of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) to determine their viability for future product integration.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives, from concept and design to deployment and iteration.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering and product teams, encouraging experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and user benefits.
- Oversee the performance metrics of AI models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or AI Engineering.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading product strategy for complex technical products with a strong focus on long-term (3-5 year) roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on quantitative insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
