Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify 2026 disruptors
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy through trend analysis
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of trend-to-strategy translation
