Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends across technology, climate, geopolitics, and social evolution
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for executive stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
