Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks post-2025
- Partner with R&D to prototype and commercialize next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking and anticipatory leadership
- Analyze geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with agile futures methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and venture capital
