Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market disruptions through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Author high-impact trend reports and foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats through data modeling
- Advise C-suite on long-term capital allocation and R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trajectories
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
