Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities post-2025
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech integration
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and forecasting methodologies
- Collaborate with global partners to validate emerging market opportunities
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and quantitative forecasting models
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
