Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with quarterly strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and researchers
- Identify and commercialize emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through stakeholder presentations
- Publish 3+ industry white papers annually establishing thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Partner with global governments on tech policy frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year tech predictions
