Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, social shifts, and market trends through 2030
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps and business transformation
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional teams executing innovation sprints for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business initiatives
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, technology, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML, biotechnology, or climate tech trend analysis preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, APF) strongly preferred
