Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on long-term vision
- Analyze global macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical trends affecting future landscapes
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Economics, Technology, or Strategic Studies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
