- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the organization at global tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technology trends
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
