Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and sociocultural shifts through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future visions into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research initiatives
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings on future disruption risks and opportunities
- Design and implement corporate foresight methodologies including Delphi studies and trend impact analysis
- Mentor next-generation futurists while building an internal future intelligence ecosystem
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing 5+ year future-focused strategic plans
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
