Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)

- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
