Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product lifecycles spanning 2026-2030.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks (scenario planning, Delphi methods, etc.)
- Produce executive-ready future-state reports with quantifiable risk/opportunity matrices
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness across departments
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Translate foresight outputs into concrete R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Present strategic futures to board members and investors with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and quantitative trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
