Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and oversee pilot programs for next-generation solutions
- Present future vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven insights
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight knowledge repository
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
