Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum AI, biotech convergence, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive 2026 market shifts
- Author quarterly foresight briefs on regulatory, ethical, and economic implications of emerging tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or policy planning
- Portfolio demonstrating published 2026+ scenario analyses or tech trend reports
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech convergence
- Experience with Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or foresight academy)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
