Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on future workforce and economic models
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating biotechnology, climate resilience, and digital sovereignty trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist programs
- Mentor a team of futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related discipline
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published research on AI governance, climate tech, or decentralized economies
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
