Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, etc.) for commercial viability
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for long-term planning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and industry conferences
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech innovators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to communicate complex visions
- Experience with strategic planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or strategic documents
