As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll analyze megatrends, develop scenario-based projections, and translate foresight into actionable strategies that will define our next era of growth. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to build resilient frameworks for an uncertain future while inspiring cross-functional teams to embrace change and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Create strategic roadmaps for future product/service innovation aligned with projected market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA and decision-making processes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative forecasting models for key industry verticals
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing strategies, risk mitigation, and adaptive business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
