Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify and validate disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze global data streams (patent filings, academic research, geopolitical indicators) to predict technological inflection points
- Build and maintain proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and scenario simulation methodologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or technology innovation consulting at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis) and scenario planning frameworks

- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology forecasting (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
