Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging trends
- Establish early-warning systems for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing future workforce and sustainability challenges
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos or similar forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
