Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Design bespoke strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into organizational transformation
- Author white papers and thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the vanguard of future strategy
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics including adaptability quotients and innovation velocity
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology anthropologists
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and industry futurist symposiums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience with metaverse and digital twin architecture for predictive modeling
