- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Drive R&D initiatives for 2030-readiness, including climate-tech and biometric interfaces
- Present futuristic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation fellows in exponential technology methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years at director/VP level
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures post-series C
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work/tech publications
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and stage-gate processes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
