- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum, and biotech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through the full product lifecycle
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market-disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets across 3 core innovation verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/quantum/AI sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (minimum 3 successful launches)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation frameworks with measurable market impact
