Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-create future-ready ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
- Manage a $50M innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and portfolio optimization
- Mentor a high-performing team of innovation specialists while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on enterprise-level transformation
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies with preference for PhD or MBA from top-tier institutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing successful innovation projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management strongly preferred
