Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization and resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor talent in design thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ major innovation initiatives
