Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation pipeline across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture capital
- Drive patent development for at least 5 proprietary technologies annually
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI solutions from lab to market ($50M+ impact)
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published author in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD-level certification
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
