- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into patentable innovations
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or product development with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan)
- Strong executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in innovation futurism
- Experience managing large-scale innovation budgets
