- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive IP portfolio expansion with 15+ new patent filings annually
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster startup-corporate collaboration ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
