Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee implementation of 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in developing next-generation prototypes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment and regulatory compliance
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets, demonstrating ROI through patent filings and commercialization milestones
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members, securing resources for moonshot projects
- Mentor talent pipeline in emerging technologies through internal innovation labs and university partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and quantum computing frameworks
