As a key architect of our 2026 strategy, you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions while maintaining operational excellence. You'll report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate with C-suite executives to translate visionary concepts into scalable, market-ready innovations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company's 2026 strategic innovation framework
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create risk mitigation strategies for emerging technology disruptions
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of executed future-oriented projects
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
