Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic technology vision for the company's roadmap leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that integrate emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and advanced edge networks.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce security and compliance standards for future infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and predictive analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
